About The Event
As we enter the season of Thanksgiving, we invite you to step away from the busyness of life and join us for an afternoon dedicated to gratitude, reflection, stillness, and connection.
Together, we will create a special sacred altar where participants can place their thoughts, prayers, intentions, and expressions of gratitude for the people, experiences, blessings, and lessons that are meaningful in their lives.
The afternoon will unfold gently through a combination of guided meditation, periods of quiet reflection, and sound healing. Participants will remain comfortably seated as we create space to turn inward, listen deeply, and honor all that we have received.
