Self Care - A Day of Rejuvenation and Peace - Online

We will spend a day designed for YOU to take time and recharge, restore, and tap into your inner peace.   The day will consist of a series of guided meditations,  light body activations, chakra balancing, journaling, planetary healing work, and intention setting for the new year.  It is a day where you can unplug and spend time in the inner sanctuary of your true essence.

We ask that you stay with us all day so you can continue your inner peace and not be pulled into the outside world.  This is a great practice on how to create a bubble of peace within your own home. Additional information will be sent to each participant prior to the retreat to ensure you are energetically prepared.

Once you register, the work begins and we will start to work with you energetically and with the group for alignment.
