Free Sunday Morning Online Meditation & Activation

These are free online live Zoom meditations and activations to support you in activating your light body.   We work with the Merkaba, chakras, and a whole array of modalities to help you anchor in more light.   As you do these practices, you will experience more peace, centeredness, and expanded awareness in your life.   These are led by Michael who spent 13 years as a Brahmachari Monk learning a whole array of activations and meditations.

We will start with a brief check-in with the group and the guided meditation last approximately 30-45 minutes.
