We are excited to partner with the amazing studio YogaSix this month as February invites us to turn inward—to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves. This Intro to Meditation class is a gentle, welcoming experience designed especially for people who are new to meditation or who feel unsure where to begin.


This 90-minute session offers simple, practical tools you can use immediately to support emotional balance, self-love, and nervous system regulation—both on and off the mat.
