Sedona Journey - Sacred Sites and Spring Equinox Activation - WE ARE SOLD OUT!

Hello Dear Souls!

We are excited to have you join an intimate group for an amazing journey to the red rocks in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. We have a private hacienda that accommodates 21 people. Space is limited. 

There are 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with two kitchens, outdoor spaces for nature, a large spa jacuzzi for 10, fireplaces, and seating areas outside for privacy. Several of the rooms have fireplaces and private patios. This retreat is all on one level, so stairs will not be a problem.

Most rooms have a private bathroom.  We prefer to make all the King rooms for couples and shared occupancy (we will reconsider single occupancy on a case-by-case basis).  There is only 1 single Queen room with a bath available. Sedona is a well-known power vortex for Mother Earth and this trip is different because it is a group activation, and as such, the intention is for this collective to step into our mastery at a soul and monad consciousness level.  We will be working with the powerful energetic ley lines and portals of Sedona and applying our Light body knowledge to the Earth’s magnetic and crystalline grid for unified ascension at the individual and planetary nature.

The date of this trip is March 18th (Friday) - March 23 (Wednesday). Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time.  We will try to get an earlier check-in so that we can refresh from our travels and meet that evening to go over the schedule and short meditation together to set the grid for the Spring Equinox portal.

Rooms are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you wish to share or bunk together, please coordinate with your potential roommate(s) and share your plans with us.  The following rooms are available:

Individual Rooms:

4 King Bedrooms with bath:  $295.00 per night (SOLD OUT)

1 Queen Bedroom with bath (1 or 2ppl):   $260.00 per room or $130 per ppl/night (SOLD OUT)

3 King Bedrooms & Sleeper Sofa with bath: $300.00 per night (SOLD OUT)

Common Area:

3 Queen Sofa Beds with shared bathroom (1 ppl each bed): $140.00 per person/night (SOLD OUT)

Please note:  The cost per room includes all taxes, rental service charges, resort fees, and cleaning services.

The Program Fee is $695.00 per person (Your $222.00 Deposit will go towards the program fee).

Meals:

We will have breakfast and snacks at the house.   We will make lunch reservations after visiting the sacred sites for a few of the days so the group can eat together.  The cost of your lunch will be your responsibility.

Dinner will be community-style and prepared together to keep costs at a minimum for the participants.  We will ask for a contribution to offset the cost of the meal for the group. We estimate the contribution to be $60.00 pp for the week.

Note:  If you wish to donate and prepare a meal for the participant as part of your Seva, please let us know with your registration.

Transportation

Your transportation to and from Sedona is your responsibility.  We will have a travel coordinator that can help match up people that wish to rideshare, so please contact us for the travel coordinator and let us know your plans.

We will have a large SUV for carpooling to and from the sacred sites.  If you rent a car or drive, please let us know.  We will carpool accordingly.

Summary of Expenses:

Deposit (Refundable until March 1, 2022) $222.00

Program Fee (less deposit) $473.00

Community Dinner Contribution:  $60.00 / week

Total: $755.00

Note:

This does not include your overnight accommodations or travel to/from the Sedona retreat.  Example:  A room at $295.00 per night will cost $1,475.00 total, for double occupancy.  There is only 1 single room available, the queen with bathroom. If you share this room with someone, you will split the cost of this between you ($260 x 5 = $1300 / 2 ppl = $750 per person).

Once you have registered.  You will be receiving a detailed itinerary as we get closer to the date with more information about the trip.  There will also be a zoom call beforehand to ask questions and connect with the group.  Watch your email in the weeks to come!
