About The Event
Come relax and let go of all your stress!
Emerge in the amazing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, sacred drums, rattles, and Tibetan singing bowls as we take you on a journey into inner peace, tranquility, and rejuvenation in our Meditation Space. All are welcome!!!
What to expect:
Wear comfortable clothing.
We will have blankets and pillows. (You are also welcome to bring your own).
You will have the option of laying down on a yoga mat or sitting in a chair.
