Come relax and let go of all your stress!

Immerse yourself in the amazing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, sacred drums, rattles, and Tibetan singing bowls as we take you on a journey into inner peace, tranquility, and rejuvenation in our Meditation Space.  All are welcome!!!

What to expect:

• Wear comfortable clothing.
• We will have blankets and pillows. (You are also welcome to bring your own).
• You will have the option of lying down on a yoga mat or sitting in a chair.
• We will begin with a short talk to explain what we will be doing and answer any questions.
• The sound healing and guided meditation portion will last approximately 1.5 hours.
• Arrive on time so we can get started promptly.

Space is limited to 12 people so please register early.
