Join us for a guided meditation and activation with the crystal bowls and shamanic drums. This is a wonderful time to relax and let it all go in a space where we will guide you through a meditation for inner peace, chakra alignment, and balance.

About The Event
This is a guided Meditation, Activation, and Sound Healing. This session will be different from our traditional sound healings. Because of the extremely cold temperatures, you will be sitting in chairs rather than lying on the floor. The Meditation Room is heated with plenty of pillows and blankets to make you comfortable. Just the floor can be chilly!
We will be moving around you with the instruments to activate and cleanse your auric field and balance your light body.
