This is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the sound of soothing crystal bowls, the beat of the sacred drums and more! What to expect: Wear comfortable clothing. You will be lying on the floor on yoga mats with blankets. There will be a guided meditation specifically designed for your group. We will use a variety of musical instruments including crystal bowls, drums, rattles, etc. to balance your chakras, clear your energy field and align the group to their highest potential.
