Service Description

This program can be held online or in person for a company or group of individuals that wish to explore mindfulness and meditation individually and collectively. This is a two part program. The first part of the session is sharing practical practices in meditation and its benefits. The second half is dedicated to experiencing meditation together as a group. We can customize any program so come with your ideas so we can co-create together!
